At the request of the search committee, our search team will conduct 5-7 reference checks for each finalist. We also verify terminal degrees and will retain a background screening company that is accredited by the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) to conduct background comprehensive checks.

RHPA will evaluate the entire applicant pool and identify top candidates. As part of this screening, we conduct a candidate interview and perform a preliminary reference check. These interview transcripts and video will be made available to the committee.
