KATHERINE LADD joined RH Perry in 2011. In her time with the firm, Katherine has assisted with approximately 100 presidential and senior administrative searches for a broad range of institutions; public and private, two and four year, religiously affiliated and independent.

Katherine has been a member of the search team that has successfully completed approximately 30 presidential search assignments for institutions including: Middlesex Community College, Antioch University, Dutchess Community College, Illinois College, Westchester Community College, Tiffin University, Rural Regional College and Frederick Community College.

In addition, Katherine has been a member of the search team that has successfully completed over 50 senior administrative search assignments for institutions including: Millersville University, South Central College, Mercyhurst University, Randolph Macon College, Sussex County Community College, San Jose State University, Dallas Community College District, and Bristol Community College.

Katherine’s search responsibilities include the development of the executive search profile and advertising campaign, managing candidate and client communications, management of the firm’s proprietary CRM, and conducting due diligence. As Director of Information Technology, Katherine oversees IT processes within the organization and researches, tests and implements new technology solutions.

Based in Lexington, Kentucky, Katherine previously was a software consultant responsible for recommending best-practices software for non-profit and for-profit corporations. She received her B.S. in food science from the University of Kentucky.
