CRYSTAL GOODHALL joined RH Perry in 2014. In her time with the firm, Crystal has assisted with approximately 50 presidential and senior administrative searches for a broad range of institutions: public and private, two- and four-year, religiously affiliated and independent.

Crystal has been a member of the search team that has successfully completed presidential search assignments for institutions including: The College of New Rochelle, Drury University, Greenfield Community College, Immaculata University, North Country Community College, Northland Pioneer College, and St. Cloud Technical & Community College.

In addition, Crystal has been a member of the search team that has successfully completed senior administrative search assignments for institutions including: Alfred University, California State University (Fullerton, Humboldt State, San Jose State, and Stanislaus campuses), Lewis University, Marian University, Marymount University, Marywood University, Mercyhurst University, Saint Anselm College, St. Edward’s University, University of Saint Francis, and Westchester Community College.

Crystal’s search responsibilities include the development of the executive search profile and advertising campaign, managing candidate and client communications, management of the firm’s proprietary CRM, and conducting due diligence. As Director of Business Engagement, Crystal solicits and reviews RFPs and drafts and writes the firm’s proposal responses.

Prior to joining RH Perry, Crystal spent six years working in the academic executive search industry as an Executive Assistant to the Partners. Previously, Crystal specialized in working with small startup companies, including co-founding web design and web hosting companies. She received her B.S. in Business Administration for Management from the University of West Florida. Crystal lives with her family in Orlando, Florida.
